Pricing

• CreditsUnused remaining credits are refundable. No fee within 7 days of the purchase date; a 10% fee applies afterward. For payments in currencies other than KRW (Paddle), 14 days apply instead of 7.
• SubscriptionFirst subscription payment (once per user): a full refund of the amount paid if requested within 7 days of payment. Re-subscription and renewal payments: the period you have already started using cannot be withdrawn, so within 7 days the remaining period is refunded on a daily pro-rata basis with no fee. After 7 days, the remaining period is refunded on a daily pro-rata basis minus a 10% fee, and the subscription ends immediately upon refund. For payments in currencies other than KRW (Paddle), 14 days apply instead of 7, and re-subscription and renewal payments are refunded less a 10% fee even within that period.
• Payment methodRefunds are issued only to the original payment method (credit card, etc.).
